A really pretty black and red hat fascinator. The hat is made with sinamay and the saucer hat has a lace effect covering the hat and the looped bow has a black quills appearing from the top with feathers. This fascinator has a clip fitting aswell as a hairband, the clip slides out of the fascinator and you can then slide in the hairband instead creating such a versatile hair accessory.
